Provides focused relief for sprains, strains, and sports injuries. Nurofen Gel is gently massaged into the affected area, offering temporary relief from pain and inflammation associated with acute soft tissue injuries, including sprains, strains, and sports-related injuries.

For temporary relief of pain and inflammation. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Incorrect use could be harmful.

Instructions:

• For adults and children over 12 years: Squeeze 4-10 cm of gel onto the affected area and replace the cap. (This is equivalent to 50-125 mg of ibuprofen).

• Gently massage the gel into the skin until absorbed, then wash your hands.

• Do not reapply within 4 hours.

• Do not use with airtight dressings.

• Do not apply more than 4 times in 24 hours.
