Directions for preparation:
To prepare your Optifast® VLCD™ Tomato Soup, simply add one sachet to 200-250mL of hot (not boiling) water. Stir until the contents of the sachet are fully dissolved and add more water if a larger serve or a diluted taste is preferred.
Alternatively, you can also add one sachet to 200-250mL of cold water, stir vigorously and microwave on high for one minute, or heat gently on the stove whilst stirring. You could also add some of your allowed vegetables to your Optifast® VLCD™ Tomato Soup - to make a large serve of delicious, healthy soup.
